Chris Pirih’s Ski Free has the spotlightthis week. When it was first releasedin the Windows Entertainment Pack in1991, the game was a big hit; Pirih firstprogrammed it in his home, where he wasusing it to test programs.
In 1993, Pirih tried to re-release thegame, but the original source codeswere lost. In 2005, the codes were foundand a 32-bit version was made for thenewer Windows XP formats as well asMacintosh computers.
Enter the first slalom course andcomplete it in the shortest time possible.The second course is the tree slalom,which is a little bit more difficult, sincethe trees are so dense.The last course is the freestyle whereyou do jumps and tricks to collect points.Game fun despite its old school style
