Homestead High School hosted a celebration to honor its alumnus Fred Ramsdell, a 2025 Nobel Prize winner in medicine, at the Homestead High School auditorium at 3:30 p.m. on April 10.

“Life is an uncontrolled experiment,” Ramsdell, also a Foothill College alumnus, said.
