Ashley is looking forward to developing her video storytelling skills this quarter. She hopes to produce compelling multimedia content that helps the community stay informed and engaged.
Hi! I’m Ann. I’ve been with La Voz since fall 2023 and this quarter’s my fifth (non-consecutive) quarter as managing editor. For a while, I edited La Voz’s weekly news broadcast, “Fact Friday.” I also translate some articles to Tagalog (uy Pilipins). I don’t write as much as I used to, but when I do, I hope it shakes things up.
In my free time, you’ll probably spot me on Caltrain or BART, at AniClover raves, looking for good tea (no tea dust please! We love loose leaf here) or admiring the newsroom air fryer. Feel free to say hi and let me know what you want to see La Voz cover next.
