As you push through the end of finals week, here is some music to get through the stress.

“Intro” – The xx

Indie pop songs by The xx are good for studying, especially the fully instrumental “Intro.” The song cuts through lyrics and leaves only the beat.

“Do Not Disturb” – Drake

Chill rap has become increasingly popular, dominated by artists like Juice WRLD and Dominic Fike. But the mainstream Drake has also produced chill songs, as in “Do Not Disturb.” This song has a great chill vibe for studying.

“Loving Is Easy” – Rex Orange County

Rex Orange County has become an alternative music staple and uplifting songs like “Loving is Easy” ease spirits under the stress of studying. “Loving Is Easy” is one of his big hits, high-energy background music for some hard work.

“Snowman” – WYS

This song encompasses the vibe of “lo-fi chill study beats.” It kneads anxiety and creates a chill atmosphere.

“The Buzz” – Hermitude

Many use EDM for its upbeat and often instrumental melodies. Hermitude is an EDM pioneer, up there with Jack Ü and Skrillex. It is good background music for high-charged studying.

If you liked what we suggested and are in the mood for something more eclectic, listen to La Voz’s “finals workflow” playlist on Spotify. Good luck!
