Ingredients:
• Ground turkey – 2 trays
• Fresh cilantro – 1 full bunch
• Minced garlic – 2 tbps.
• Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Eggs – 4
• Bread crumb (herbs and garlic) – 1/2 carton
• Garlic salt – 1/4 tsp.
• Salt to taste
• Vegetable oil to deep fry
Directions:
Empty out the ground turkey in a big bowl.
Add all the ingredients except the bread crumb and only one egg.
Knead and mix well. Keep aside this mixture.
Take the other three eggs and separate out the egg whites from the egg yellows (discard yolk).
Whisk it well and keep it in a bowl.
Pour out the bread crumbs in a big plate.
Hand roll little balls of the ground turkey mixture and dip them in the egg whites to coat evenly and then roll them on the bread crumbs to coat it evenly again.
Heat oil in a frying pan and then deep fry the meatballs in them.
Cook evenly and press to flatten them a little half way through so that the insides cook well .
Drain them on absorbent sheets to get rid of any extra oil.
Serve them piping hot with any sweet chilly dip!
