I’m sure everyone had some bad experience with De Anza’s Admission and Record. I feel the clerks in De Anza’s Admission and Records lack friendliness and professionalism. The clerks kept referring students to different windows by rudely repeating, “Next window! Next window!” and without any eye contact. Also, they answered questions in a rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful tone. Sometimes, I felt that they are just trying to upset students instead of help them.
