Sunshine, wrestling draw Club Day crowds

Club day came and went on a sunny afternoon last Thursday. The weather treated the event better than it had last quarter when club day was rained out twice. This quarter there was enough sun for club representatives and onlookers to relax and stroll from table to table between classes.

The gathering of students, clubs and activities sparked many to move beyond the classroom and into the campus community.

From a love of music to a love of cards, to religion, there are many common interests that students share. Generally there is also dancing going on in the quad, but this year the big crowd-pleaser was the new wrestling club’s demonstration of the art … the sport … the wackiness … that is pro-wrestling.
