OFFENSE – Middle blocker/outside hitter Katherine Ja makes a kill in the first set against Cabrillo Nov. 11.

The Dons volleyball team fell in their second to last game against Cabrillo College on Nov. 11, losing in a three-set battle.

In the first match, Cabrillo came out firing, gaining an early 3-0 lead against De Anza. The Dons were able to catch up with kills made by Katherine Ja, Semsa Selimovic and Patsy Gregory. Amanda Daysog saved the ball with three digs in the first frame. However, it was the Cabrillo Seahawks who took the set with a score of 25-14.
